A pinch of parsley pooffed upon the pan and pantry.

I love my cute little husband. He is always so sweet. Today he was making lunch for us, when with the best of intentions he caused something of a minor explosion in our kitchen.

I

Just in case you did not quite catch the full measure of said explosion, her is a closer look at the damage.

I found this little parsley deposit to be the most impressive.

You can't really see how much parsley was on Joseph, but he was pretty well covered by it.
I've decided that our parsley container is just cursed. Because Joseph and I go shopping together, it is naturally the cheapest kind we could have purchased. The parsley it's self is fine but the bottle has been known to explode regularly. Twice this week in fact. Though this is defiantly  the largest explosion yet. Life sure keeps you on your toes, even if it's with parsley. ;).

Easter

I love this picture of my Grandma! She is just so cute with her big dimples!!

Joseph  and his little buddy Peanut playing with Hiro. They are still best friends. I wasn't sure if she'd like him twice in a row, but bonus for me she liked me by association. (Both to the boy and the dog)

I was bummed we didn't get to go up the mountain, but the kids didn't seem to care.

And of course all good parties need food.

My family always has a big to-do for Easter, and this year was no different. Well, ok it was different. My dad had to do a funeral so we had our party at the park instead of on the mountain. But it still turned out ok. Here are some of the pictures of the day.
